Two people in Colac Otway have tested positive for COVID-19 this weekend.
Barwon Health has confirmed the two additional cases, who are household contacts of existing cases and who are already in isolation. They follow news on Friday of four household contacts testing positive.
Health authorities had already reminded the public that they expected such cases.
Colac Otway’s number of active cases fell in today’s statistics, with 26 active cases, compared with 28 yesterday.
DHHS has linked 20 cases overall to Bulla Dairy Foods in Colac. Seven of these are Bulla employees and the rest are household contacts and other close contacts. Sixteen of these cases are active.
