Images of a koala checking out the surf at a popular Apollo Bay beach are receiving plenty of attention.
Surf’s up for adventurous koala at Apollo Bay
FOUR ON THE BOARD: Kim Bedford was lucky to have her camera handy when this koala stopped by the Apollo Bay beach to check out the surf last week. The cute marsupial had a look at some surfboards, took a quick walk in the water, and sat to watch the waves, before heading back to more familiar territory.
