School, business and sport can all resume across Colac and district from tomorrow as Victoria’s lockdown lifts.
Premier Daniel Andrews announced that restrictions would ease across the state, as it recorded 10 local COVID-19 cases this morning and 11 Monday – all of which were linked to previous cases and in isolation while infectious.
But masks will remain mandatory both indoors and outdoors, home visits remain banned and businesses remain under strict density limits at the State Government cautiously moves out of lockdown restrictions.
From 11.59pm tonight, there will no longer be restrictions on leaving home or a travel limit.
Schools will be open for all year levels, while retail and hospitality businesses can reopen for up to one person per four square metres.

Other indoor venues like theatres, beauty services and for religious gatherings will be open under similar density rules.
Community sport also has the green light to resume for all year levels but without spectators, as competitions and training can only have essential personnel.
Meanwhile, weddings and funerals will be capped at 50 people and outdoor public gatherings can have 10 people.
But household visitors remain off the cards, with Mr Andrews indicating those gatherings remain too high risk to resume.
Single bubble arrangements remain unchanged from the lockdown.
Visits at hospitals and aged care facilities also remain heavily restricted.
The rules will remain in place for two weeks, until August 10, when Mr Andrews hopes to announce further easing of restrictions.
There are now 190 locally acquired cases linked to the current outbreak, 188 of which remain active.
There are seven people in hospital and two in ICU with COVID-19 in Victoria.
