After more than a decade dedicated to bringing big events to the Colac Otway Shire, Birregurra’s Vicki Jeffrey has ended her career on a high note.

EVENTFUL: Birregurra’s Vicki Jeffrey has retired from her role as Colac Otway Shire Council’s events co-ordinator after more than a decade bringing the Colac Otway community together through events large and small.
