Health authorities have recorded two new COVID cases in Colac Otway Shire over the weekend.
But a local health chief says the cases are all linked, all contained and all within Colac.
Colac Area Health chief Fiona Brew said this afternoon that the shire’s current outbreak sat at 31 cases.
There were also no hospitalisations over the weekend, and no further exposure sites as of this afternoon.
“We haven’t been advised of any others and considering the containment we’re not expecting to hear anything today that would alter that.”

“That’s decreased significantly, which is a reflection on the stability and containment of this outbreak.
It comes as authorities encourage the community to be vigilant about using QR code check ins, as state authorities are not publishing all exposure sites.
