The owners of Colac’s historic Balnagowan home are proposing to restore the heritage residence and finish building a community around the iconic property.

COMPLETION: A planning application is seeking to build 27 retirement lifestyle units near Colac’s iconic Balnagowan residence. There are 12 existing dwellings built under a previous permit, but the new plans involve fewer homes and more room for open space, garages and backyards.
