The Australian Road Safety Foundation says both metro and rural Victorians have a responsibility to address the high number of of rural road deaths.
Rural deaths over-represented
TOO HIGH: Deaths on rural roads made up more than half of last year’s road toll, with a road safety body calling for more driver responsibility.
