Colac and district farmers caught up in a class action against Fonterra Australia will share in millions, six years since facing milk price cuts that closed businesses.
Class action settles after two-year suit
LONG PROCESS: United Dairyfarmers of Victoria and Larpent’s Mark Billing joined a class action that was launched by farmers in 2020 against Fonterra following the 2016 milk price step downs. Fonterra has since reached a settlement of $25 million.
