Colac’s Joe McCracken is one of three newly elected members for Western Victoria’s State upper house seat, leaving the Colac Otway Shire Council set for a countback to fill his councillor position.

ELECTED: Liberal Party representatives Joe McCracken and Bev McArthur have both won upper house seats for the Western Victoria region. Mr McCracken will leave Colac Otway Shire Council for his new position in the Legislative Council.
