HIGH PRICE: Colac Otway Residents Action Group’s Honorine Dowie is among voices calling for Colac Otway Shire Council to repay a first home builder more than $20,000, after the council charged an open space contribution for a two-lot subdivision in Colac. CORAG is a not-for-profit group that advocates for shire residents and promotes “a sense of community in the decision-making process”.
