Hospitals post healthy results

POSITIVE PROGRESS: Great Ocean Road Health reported a budget surplus, despite the health service’s most challenging year. GORH chief executive Sandy Chamberlin, pictured, said a wave of COVID-19 that coincided with peak tourism impacted the service.

Great Ocean Road Health, Hesse Rural Health and Timboon and District Healthcare Service have all reported budget surpluses in the 2021-22 financial year, despite one of the most challenging years for the health system.
