NEW COP ON THE BLOCK: Senior Constable Josh Goonan is Birregurra police station’s new officer in charge, after moving with his family from Colac to Birregurra. Sen Const Goonan has replaced long-time Birregurra policeman Laurie Allen at the one-person station.
