Housing needs getting worse
EDUCATION: Colac Salvation Army’s Lieutenant Paul Trotter says the Salvation Army wants to educate people about the supports available to help people whose housing needs are not being met. Colac Otway Shire had 500 households that were facing unmet housing needs based on 2021 census data.
