Falling in love with swimming again has helped Apollo Bay’s Tamara Traube overcome the toughest period of her life in 2017, when she and her family were dealt the most devastating news and she almost lost her own life. The 32-year-old mother of two is sharing her own mental health battles and is inspiring others to seek help by setting a goal of swimming 30 kilometres during the month of March to raise funds and much-needed awareness for people in need.
