Colac and district will have a total fire ban tomorrow, with warm weather and strong winds.
The CFA has declared a fire ban for the Mallee, Wimmera, South-West, Northern Country, North-Central and Central fire districts.
The Bureau of Meteorology is predicting Colac to have a top of 33 degrees tomorrow, with wind, with other parts of south-west Victoria recording higher temperatures.
CFA chief officer Jason Heffernan said tomorrow’s conditions could make it difficult for firefighters to suppress a fire should one start.
“We are asking people to take heed of the total fire ban conditions,” he said.
