CASH FOR TRASH: Colac Otway, Corangamite and Surf Coast shires will soon have TOMRA Cleanaway collection points, similar to those pictured, for recycling bottles and containers under the State Government’s container deposit scheme that starts on November 1. People will get a 10-cent refund for every bottle and container recycled.
