PREMIER PLEA: Apollo Bay School Captains Yoko Tripp, Callum Gorrie, Ned Carney and Jayde Bertrand are calling on Premier Daniel Andrews to commit funding to build the Victorian Blue Ocean Safety Skills Centre and visit Apollo Bay.
