Long-distance runner Pat Farmer has reflected on the “unique relationship” he had with Cliff Young on the 40th anniversary of Cliffy’s history-making Sydney-to-Melbourne Ultramarathon victory.
Cliffy inspires Pat’s missions
HUMBLE BEGINNINGS: Pat Farmer was working as an apprentice motor mechanic when we first witnessed the Westfield Sydney to Melbourne race, and saw Cliff Young running at the back of the field. Pat has since gone on to make a name for himself running for important causes.
