An Apollo Bay couple has documented more than 1000 dinosaur fossil footprints near Skenes Creek, but Museums Victoria says it isn’t involved in protecting them.

MILESTONE DISCOVERY: Kate and Tim Wagstaff have counted more than 1000 dinosaur fossil footprints stretching 2.5 kilometres near Skenes Creek after an initial discovery in June last year.
