Emergency services have rescued a man and his dog after they got trapped in a dam near Birregurra.
Rescue from chilly dam
RESCUE: Winchelsea SES crews, along with Ambulance Victoria and police, helped to a free a man and his dog who became stuck in a dam at Whoorel.
