RIGHTS: A proposed agreement between the State Government and the Eastern Maar People could see native title rights exist over south-west Victorian national parks and reserves. This map shows the proposed areas including the Great Otway National Park, the Twelve Apostles Marine National Park, and the Port Campbell National Park.
