An unexpected pothole has given Eric Parker a hair-raising drive home after a long day of transporting grain silos, derailing his trailer’s axle, his night, and his job.
HAIR-RAISING: Eric Parker says his “heart was in his throat” when he hit a pothole that caused his trailer’s axle to break and send the wheel flying 800 metres along the Princes Highway. The pothole measured to be about 15cm deep.
