Colac Otway Shire Council has approved an expansion of Bulla’s Forrest Street site in Colac.

EXPANSION: Bulla’s Forest Street site will undergo a two-stage transformation including building expansions, additional car spaces, landscaping, tanker unloading bays and more, after Colac Otway Shire Council approved the company’s development plan.
