Colac’s average house prices have stabilised after riding the wave of the post-COVID boom, but a local real estate agent says the market is still healthy.

STABLE MARKET: Colac to Coast Real Estate director Andrea Ivermee says Colac’s unchanging average house prices can help to bring balance back to the market. The average price remained at $500,000 for the June quarter.
