Road authorities say it is up to the owner to remove a burnt-out vehicle which has sat idle on the busy Skenes Creek Road between Forrest and Apollo Bay for more than a month.

Authorities have notified the owner of this vehicle to remove it, more than a month after it caught fire after an incident on the Skenes Creek Road.
