Apollo Bay community leaders have rallied residents and urged them to contact Colac Otway Shire councillors in a last-minute bid to pause the sale of the old kindergarten site.

Fran Roberts, Rose Kind, Jane Gross, Archie Roberts and Helen Ponder were among 120 Apollo Bay locals who rallied at 69 McLachlan on Wednesday to urge Colac Otway Shire Council to pause the sale of the old kindergarten site.
