Colac Otway Shire council is still supportive of a development on Johanna’s Blue Johanna Road but a tribunal will have the final say on its planning approval.

SPECIAL LOCATION: Colac Otway Shire Council has supported the amended plans for group accommodation buildings on Johanna’s Blue Johanna Road. VCAT will decide whether to approve the planning application later this month.
