Bay college challenge aims to raise $10,000

Apollo Bay P-12 College is hosting a 24-hour swim and basketball challenge to support teacher Tim Nolan and Harry Arthur, who are going through cancer battles which has rocked the coastal community. Tim is pictured left with students and Harry’s close mates Jack Firman and Flynn Williams, and school principal Brian Humphries, who is driving the November 9 event to raise money for cancer charities and research.

Apollo Bay locals are warming up for a mammoth 24-hour basketball and swimming challenge, after raising more than $7000 for the Cancer Council, dedicated to two Bay community members who are going through major cancer battles.
