Meat processors go full boar

LOTS AT STEAK: Xavier and Laura Meade have come a long way from their two-pig hobby farm at Barongarook, the pair now have a lot on their plate with their newest venture, MeatCrew.

From a simple hobby with just two pigs, to a full-time gig processing 20 pigs a week and distributing meat to 30 restaurants across Victoria – a lot has changed in 10 years for Xavier and Laura Meade.
