AGEING TO PERFECTION: Roger Blake has been growing pinot noir and pinot gris grapes at his Deans Marsh Winery for the past 30 years alongside his wife, Rosie. The pair are expecting a successful grape harvest in the coming weeks after the vineyards displayed “incredible growth”.
