Northeast Victoria’s Tim Bowtell has finished painting a mural on the 60-foot Cressy Water Tower in less than three weeks.

NEW: Cressy's 60-foot water tower now depicts the history of the community, with murals of a train, wheat crops, WWII airplanes, and the Woady Yaloak River.
