A Colac pizza delivery man is the victim of an infringement stitch up, with a coterie of dodgy drivers fudging his name on more than 40 fines.

A group of dodgy drivers have nominated Colac’s Kelvin Bellette for dozens of traffic offences. Mr Bellette will have to fight the fines in court after an appeal for a review was rejected.
