UNLICENCED DRIVING: A 23-year-old appeared at Colac Magistrates’ Court charged with unlicenced driving and failure to control a vehicle after he collided with a bus last year.

A man who caused a crash with a tour bus on the Great Ocean Road had no driver’s licence, Colac’s court has heard.
