The Colac City Reserves Master Plan has set aside land in the north east of the precinct and the project would include a dog obedience training ground, club shed and a fenced off-lead dog park.

After decades of transporting Colac and district passengers, the Warrnambool Line has seen its last locomotive-hauled train. Sunday morning’s 7.45am service from Warrnambool to Southern Cross Station marked the final classic fleet passenger train on the line.
