THE STATE BUDGET has committed funding for the closure of Colac’s Colanda Residential Services centre, but it is still unclear when the centre will close.
COLAC and district homeowners will face an average council rates and charges increase of about $45 next financial year, with rating increases capped at 2.5 per cent.
