Four coaches in one family
A fourth member of Liz Barden’s family is set to step into the world of netball coaching on Friday afternoon, when Chloe Gray leads Colac Imperials for the first time in a Good Friday clash against Alvie. Gray will follow in the footsteps of her mum Liz and older sisters Kellie Edwards and Cindy Throckmorton, who have been a huge part of Colac district netball for the past five decades. Barden and Gray spoke to the Colac Herald’s Ben Martin ahead of the Imps’ season-opener.
