However Deakin University politics lecturer and Cororooke resident Dr Geoffrey Robinson has predicted the Colac community, which has Coalition MPs at federal and state government level, will deliver a strong “No” vote.

The Australian Electoral Commission admits that Colac’s early voting centre at the 3rd-4th Colac Scout Group hall, which voters have had difficulty finding, “may not be 100-per-cent accessible” to all voters.
