  1. its ridiculous how the government are blaming state and state are blaming federal governments, for the responsability of cutbacks, to the colac hospital budget. Health of rural Australians is as important as the regional people. Unfortunately illnesses do not run by the clock, they can happen at anytime, the Governments are putting lives at severe risk in wich i find Appalling,, As it is to get an ambulace to where we are is over an hour and whilist he is enduring a heart attack,, that within itself is a very long time,, they need to fund more not take it away for goodness sake what price do you put on a life, obviously a life is worth not a god damn thing, totally wrong!!!!!!!! as it is there were no specialists only GPs, and we found that sickening enough for petes sake Bailleu stop playing with our lives, Regards Miss Connie Whistance….

  2. I have a very sick wife who suffers from severe asthma and is on a medi alert at home but if she presses her pendant then we will have to wait for an ambulance and then a ride to geelong hospital and at a critical time so like many others i see this aas a major threat to the colac community what will it take for someone to lose their life for the problem to be looked at and resolved what price is human life
