What about the achievement of loss of total confidence of the nursing staff and resignations of multiple experienced staff. Should be proud of that I guess… the board should go also if they cannot see what is happening here. I hope the community is not hoodwinked by this stand, what good is any of these services if staff don’t want to work for them?

Off course the Board would support Mr.Iles, they don’t have to wear the cuts he has instituted. And talk about political speak: Quoting Mr. Baldwin “the health service was making changes to meet a State Government demand that it lived within it’s means”. Translated to reality it means the State Government wants CAH to cut services in line with the massive cuts the State Liberal Government has made to health funding in the State of Victoria.
Perhaps our State car number plates should read, ” Victoria, the unhealthy State”.
