A BUSINESS leader has slammed plans to build a highway bypass around Colac without an investigation into its effect on the city’s businesses and future.

Tony is spot on, if you divert traffic around the town businesses will suffer and most probably die and why not use the rail line route it is the best alternative to that stupid Northern route that the Council is pushing
