So its OK when you fail to consult Apollo Bay make decision to the contary of local opinion but its not OK when Colac suffers the same fate.??? Why is council spending rate payer funds when this is clearly a Vicroads project and decision..!! Can council answer as to how many rate payer dollars and council resource has been spent on this,more importantly how much has come from Apollo Bay and the Coastal towns..??? Clearly another example that the coast should be part of the Surf Coast shire and yes I have a thousand signatures of support..!! To me it looks like the red line should be adopted now how much did that cost..!!!
