And at the same time after hours mental health coinicians are being removed from SouthWest rural communities. I hope Katter is doing something about this to make sure there are qualified supports in towns to deal with an increase in suicide and depression in farming communities?
The irony of this situation is that it was the Federal Coalition government under the leadership of John Howard that instituted the dairy deregulation which has ultimately caused so much grief to the daily industry.
The overwhelming majority of dairy farmers vote Coalition and will probably continue to do so even though the Coalition must bare responsibility for the farmers blight.
