I was taught that if turning right on a road like that, to pull to the left back a little and wait for traffic to pass then turn across. Might seem a little silly to some, but its worked 20yrs for me.
omg you mean a young driver wasn’t at fault? How could that possibly be?
Perhaps the drivers behind him not playing proper attention to the road conditions? Following too closely? Speeding? Not looking for potential hazards? In such a damn hurry to get home that they couldn’t slow down just a little bit for non-optimal driving conditions?
