  1. Now these new playground come under the councils plans- to have a play within 500m of every home in Colac… yeah that’s fine! But what about some of the areas that have been populated for longer that dont have this or are those area of less concern due to lower social economics or just forgotten about??? I grew up in West Colac and now live there again with my family, and there’s never been a playground within 500m… maybe 1km on the other (north) side of the highway! :-/ So when will we see something, maybe in time for my Grandkids as ive been told “theres just not the population for it”. We might also have foot path by then as well, which would be handy for- the postie, kids, elderly and others that live up here with physical or mental impairments.

  2. Ribbon Cutter

I hope the state Government has a good workers compensation insurance, with the amount of ribbon cutting the not so honourable member for Polworth has been doing over the past few weeks he will be a prime candidate for an RSI claim! #luckyelectionsareevery4years
