BIRREGURRA residents are concerned about plans for a quarry near the town.
Tract consulting representatives Kirsten Kilpatrick and Simon Loader, MCG Group’s Darren Pollard and Adam Green and Colac Otway Shire Council acting general manager of sustainable planning and development Doug McNeill at a proposed quarry site at Birregurra.
In the open Council Planning Meeting I asked
“Why were the objectors denied a meeting with the Councillors considering the applicant was granted one??
“Why were Councillors strongly pdiscouraged from meeting with concerned community members??
Why at a joint applicant / community council meeting were Councillors forbidden to ask questions by the Mayor & CEO??
Still waiting for the answers……………….
