Optus customers lacking reception

COLAC OPTUS customers could be without mobile reception for up to a week, as a result of upgrades to a mobile phone tower.

    Yes I got a message weeks ago, but it said from the 6th to the 28th of this month!!! Not happy, have no other phone, and just put credit on it a few days ago, for what?!

  2. My husband and mum are with iinet and this must be run off the Optus tower as they have also been without service. There was NO notification at all from iinet at all about any planned disruptions to service. Extremely inconvenient !

    I have been without reception for past 2 days, not impressed as towers were meant to be fixed between 5th an 19th January. I have no house phone only my mobile, disabled in a wheelchair with medical issues, if i had needed to call for help, i would have been up the creek without a paddle

  4. Ww have 2 mobiles and WiFi with Telstra and it been playing up for a couple of months. They don’t seem to fussed though.
