Swans sweat on knee injuries

Knee injuries to Alvie footballers Dean McGuane and Zac Parker have put a dampener on the Swans’ big win against reigning premier Lorne.

Alvie footballers bounced back from their shock loss to Colac Imperials in emphatic fashion on Saturday, taking down Colac district football reigning premier Lorne. But the win came at a cost, with two young Swans suffering knee injuries, including Dean McGuane, pictured left.
