Passionate cycling advocate Graham Gibson has spent decades promoting the health benefits of cycling, alongside firefighting and other volunteering riles.
PASSIONATE: Graham and Moira Gibson have been avid cyclists, and Graham has received a national honour for his cycling work and community service in the Colac and Portarlington regions.
I love it when good community citizens like Graham are recognised for their charitable work. Not so much the likes of Gina Rhinhart. And thanks for letting Colac know of their former citizen.
