A learner driver will face court after he was intercepted speeding with an illicit substance in his system.
Speeding L-plater allegedly positive for drugs
CAUGHT: Ballarat police intercepted a 19-year-old learner driver speeding on the Hamilton Highway at Cressy, allegedly with an illicit substance in his oral fluid. His supervising driver also tested positive in a oral fluid test.
