Alex White grew up in Colac and graduated from Colac College in 2004. He studied public relations at Geelong's Deakin University and graduated in 2008 before moving to Sydney for six months on a "working holiday". Alex has been a journalist at The Colac Herald since July 2010 and specialises in feature writing as well as general news. He plays cricket for Colac in the Colac District Cricket Association, football for South Colac in the Colac District Football League, as well as golf.

    good on sarah for trying – hard work and dedication is what we need in a leader… im not too worried on who to vote for atm – they are all seemingly the same…

  2. Henderson had everything in her favour last time to beat a weak incumbent.
    She self-destructed and doesn’t deserve another crack.
    It’s time both parties sought fresh candidates that genuinely want to represent the people of Corangamite.
    Both Henderson and Cheeseman would be Canberra’s representatives in Corangamite. It should be the other way
